C3 is the special instruction implement for all type of Benz (after 2005). It’s the replacement of STAR2000. It could work on windows XP, and also with touch-screen. It’s composed of WIS, STARUTILITLES, DAS, ASAR and DAS. It also have the function of read code, clear code, data stream, testing of matching component, malfunction channel off, component place and circuit diagram.
